Order Updates
Last updated 6th Feb 2023
As you may already be aware, Royal Mail suspended all international exports at the start of January for a -week period due to a cyber incident, Royal Mail have now resumed their services with expected delays.
Week 30th January we dispatched a handful of orders to test their service and 80% of these left the UK within 5 working days, YAY! 😍
From Monday 6th February we will dispatch a set number of orders each day in the order we received them, whilst following each order's tracking to ensure parcels are still moving through the Royal Mail system without any issues.
We ask kindly for you to wait for our email updates regarding the dispatch of your order, there are currently too many emails for us to handle whilst we fulfil all held orders. Please be aware responses via email and or our online chat are currently taking longer than 24hrs.
We understand this delay is frustrating and we apologies for any inconvenience caused, we appreciate your order and your patience. We would like to express that these delays with your order are solely caused by the cyber incident at Royal Mail and not our business.
Once your order dispatches you will receive a tracking notification. If there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime do let us know. Contact us
