We offer worldwide delivery from our London warehouse, using reliable tracked services to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.
DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, though we always aim to dispatch on the same working day if placed before 12 noon (UK time). During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended slightly, but we will always communicate any delays.
DELIVERY SERVICES
United Kingdom
We ship via Royal Mail:
- Standard: 2 working days
- Express: Next working day
All UK orders are fully tracked.
Europe
- Royal Mail delivery aim: 3–4 working days
- UPS express options: 1–5 working days, depending on service and location
Please note: EU orders are now subject to customs duties following Brexit. All import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
United States
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all goods entering the United States are now subject to duties, regardless of value or origin. To ensure smooth delivery, all U.S. shipments are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning applicable duties and import fees are paid at checkout and handled directly by the carrier.
Delivery aims:
- Royal Mail: 3–4 working days
- UPS: 1–5 working days, depending on selected service

We offer both Royal Mail and UPS options depending on the destination. Delivery aims are typically:

We ship to PO Boxes using Royal Mail only (UPS does not support this).

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates if your parcel has already been processed.
